This hearing occurred just days after The Houston Methodist Hospital system fired Bob Nevens, Jr. for exercising his right to refuse an experimental medical procedure. Bob's testimony went viral when it was posted on TikTok. It quickly racked up millions of views and nearly a quarter million likes. As the hospital's subtle yet potentially coercive tactics came to light, a landslide of support shortly followed.
