In 2009, Pfizer agreed to hand over $2.3 billion to settle a U.S. Department of Justice probe into its marketing of Bextra and Celebrex, mainly. Those were criminal fines for breaking the law. The litigation dates back to 2004 when a number of separate shareholder suits were filed claiming that Pfizer’s share price took a dive after it was learned that Pfizer had allegedly hidden information about the cardiovascular risks of the two drugs and off label promotion. That settled for close to $500,000,000. Did they learn a lesson?

The Jab or Your Job Part - Episode One - Going Viral

How would artificial intelligence view covid vaccine mandates? In the first episode of The Jab or Your Job, AI takes a dive into a Texas State Committee Hearing where hundred of individuals showed up to give their testimony against mandating the experimental covid 19 shots. This hearing occurred just days after The Houston Methodist Hospital system fired Bob Nevens, Jr. for exercising his right to refuse an experimental medical procedure. Bob's testimony went viral when it was posted on TikTok. It quickly racked up millions of views and nearly a quarter million likes. As the hospital's subtle yet potentially coercive tactics came to light, a landslide of support shortly followed.

Intro to The Jab or Your Job Podcast

The "Jab or Your Job Podcast" explores the legal battle involving over one hundred Houston Methodist Hospital System employees. These healthcare workers were fired for declining the first COVID-19 investigational vaccine employer mandate in the country. The podcast series will follow their journey to address what they perceived as an injustice through two lawsuits. It plans to examine various elements, including Pfizer's past actions, ethical guidelines like the Belmont Report, government agreements, constitutional aspects, and extensive data. Other lawsuits centered around these mandates will also be explored. The podcast will be available on all platforms starting April 29th, 2025.
